On this National Pollution Control Day, we celebrate the work of SLTP partner BAAVAN (Bagh Aap Aur Van) which is working on waste management initiatives with young students from villages situated in and around Panna Tiger Reserve.

The BAAVAN team is spreading knowledge about topics like biodegradability, composting and the negative impact of disposing plastic waste in biodiversity-rich areas through fun filled projects and assignments.

The students are slowly grasping these concepts and are enjoying these extracurricular activities.
