The SLTP Annual Seminar 2026 was successfully organised from January 6–9 near Panna National Park. Hosted by our partners, Baavan, this year’s seminar centered on the theme “Building Conservation Competencies.”
The seminar featured a series of discussions and talks on the theme, bringing together our partners, local forest department heads, and other organisations and individuals working on conservation in the region.

Notable participants included Mr. Naresh Singh (Field Director, Panna Tiger Reserve), Rushikesh Chavan (The Habitats Trust) and Ajay Gadikar (The Nature Volunteers Society).

Dedicated sessions also provided partners with the opportunity to present their recent initiatives and key learnings, as well as to discuss future plans.
